To participate in Gastro Fest, you must create a unique street food style menu that will attract the attention of visitors.

Original and creative menu concepts will be especially welcome.

2. Register
The next step is to go through the registration process on our website and fill out the registration form.

Registration will allow us to evaluate your menu and concept to ensure they meet our quality standards and attendee preferences.

3. wait for the interview
After completing your registration, you will be invited to an interview with our organising team.

At the interview we will discuss your menu, concept and other details of your participation.

After that you will receive a final confirmation of your participation in the event.

Premium Food Containers & Ready-to-Eat Food Displays: For those who plan to cook for the festival we offer our state-of-the-art food containers, measuring 2x2.5 meters, are equipped with electrical system capable of handling up to 10 kilowatts of power with 3 phase distribution board. If you would like to sell ready-to-eat products such as jams, butters, cookies, etc. we offer 1.5 meter displays. Displays are complemented with beautiful canopies, and chairs are also included.

Secure and Entertaining Vibrant Location: Your culinary creations will be showcased in a secure and stylish environment, strategically designed with multiple engaging areas to ensure a steady flow of traffic throughout the entirety of the festival day.

POS Terminals with Zero Transaction Fees: Thanks to our partnership with Access Bank, POS terminals will be provided to all vendors, eliminating transaction fees during the festival days and ensuring seamless transactions for both vendors and customers.

Comprehensive Marketing Support: We are committed to promoting your brand and menu. Our marketing initiatives include social media content featuring each food vendor, engagement with influencers to amplify the festival and vendor presence, and a Gastro Fest website showcasing engaging video and photo content.

Continuous Support: Beyond the festival, we offer ongoing support for your culinary concept through participation in various third-party events under the Gastro Fest umbrella, providing invaluable exposure and networking opportunities.
Innovative Menu Concept: We expect participating vendors to craft a menu with a compelling concept or story, showcasing creativity and culinary excellence street food style.

Preparation and Equipment Readiness: Cooks must ensure that their food containers are equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment the day before the event commences, verifying that everything is fully operational.

Supply Management: Vendors are responsible for bringing adequate cutlery and food packaging to facilitate sales of 100-200 portions per day.

Cleanliness and Stand Maintenance: Participants must maintain cleanliness throughout the event, including cleaning their stands at the end of each day and fully clearing them out at the end of the Festival, by Sunday night 00:00.

Stand Presentation: We encourage vendors to enhance their stands with plants and decorations, creating an inviting and visually appealing space for festival guests.

Entry Fee: Upon confirmation of participation, a deposit fee of 200 AZN is required for food containers and 100 AZN for displays, which at the end of the festival will be returned to each vendor.
